If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

BrightCut provides AI-powered image processing tools for e-commerce sellers, including background removal and product mockup generation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features and capabilities are subject to change as we improve the platform.

3. Free Tier Usage Limits

BrightCut offers a free tier with the following limits:

• —Up to 20 image processing operations per month across all free-tier tools.
• —Free-tier output images may include a BrightCut watermark.
• —Free-tier usage is subject to rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users.
• —Paid plans are available for higher volumes, priority processing, and watermark-free outputs.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• —Uploading images that contain illegal content, including but not limited to CSAM, violence, or content that violates applicable laws.
• —Uploading images you do not have the right to use or process.
• —Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or any attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means.
• —Reselling access to BrightCut's processing capabilities as a competing service.
• —Using the Service to generate content intended to mislead, defraud, or deceive consumers.
• —Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service.

BrightCut does not permanently store images after processing is complete. Images uploaded to the Service are processed in memory and discarded upon completion of the operation. We do not use your images to train AI models, nor do we share or sell images to third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BrightCut does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. AI-generated outputs may not always meet your expectations and should be reviewed before commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrightCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall BrightCut's total liability to you exceed the amounts you have paid to BrightCut in the past twelve months, or $50 USD if you have not made any payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
